Exchange & Refund Policy


We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. We love to help you out.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from is damaged or defective, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. 

If a product doesn’t fit you as you had hoped, we can exchange the product for a preferred size once you send the piece back to our studio.

If you are not sure about keeping the product at all, you can request to return it back to us within 7 days from the date on which your order was delivered against a store credit. 

Once received, we follow the quality check process and the customer care team at will update on refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

On arrival, if the product has been damaged due to mishandling of courier during transit/delivery, we will happily offer you a store credit or exchange the product. This is dependent on the fault/damage. Any authorized refunds given will be for the value of the product only. Please note that damage to the packaging does not warrant a refund or exchange.


Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, make to order i.e., items with customized or embroidery work would be non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale offer items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item as soon as you receive store credit, which is valid for next 6 months.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically received store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company, payment gateway to process and post the refund too.



We do not offer exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at within 48 hours of receiving the order.
