WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
As a slow fashion brand, we make garments to order so it takes a little longer. Within India, the order will be delivered in 6 to 7 business days.
For International orders, depending on the country, orders will reach you in 15 to 25 business days. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped out, we will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number.

WHAT IF THERE ARE SERVICE DELAYS?

NASHIONAL PERMIT is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For Indian Customers products prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. For International Customer products are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import taxes / duties. As the recipient, you are liable to pay all import duties, custom duty, local Sales/Vat taxes and any other taxes levied by the country in which you are residing or you are importing the product to. Payment of these taxes/duties at the time of delivery is necessary to get the delivery of product from transport/courier agencies.

 

WHAT IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY?

For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees – NASHIONAL PERMIT does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
